Do you know your body's IBT number?
What is an IBT number? Well, don't worry. It's not a new number given to you by the government. IBT stands for your internal biological terrain.
And, what is that you ask? Your internal biological terrain refers to your lymphatic fluids and your blood.
These fluids compose one of your major body systems. The health of this fluid system and subsequently the rest of your body is reliant upon it having a slightly alkaline pH.
Your body's IBT or internal biological terrain number is also your body's pH number.
