Natural Health Girl's Newsletter, Issue #004 -- Feel Better with Himalayan Salt
February 19, 2007

Hello and Happy Monday!

I'd like to start off by saying "Welcome" to all the new subscribers.

I'm always excited to see a new person added to the list, and it's fun to see the list continually growing. So, thanks for joining my newsletter! And to those who are back for repeat issues, I'm glad you're here too!

More Good Information You Can Watch

I've been watching a lot of online videos lately and posted several compelling ones on my website. There's some very good information about whether vaccines are really a safe and effective plan for protecting and promoting good health. If you haven't checked them out yet, I highly encourage you to do so.

I've gotten several responses and thank you’s from people who appreciated the vaccine information. One was from a homeschool mom who was thinking of giving her daughter the Gardasil vaccine. She is now reconsidering that plan.

Another nice email was from a lady who wanted to share the information with representatives and senators in her state of Texas where the Governor recently mandated the Gardasil vaccine for school girls 11 years and older. She also wanted to share it with the parents of her godchild. She was very happy to be awakened to the information.

I also got several encouraging emails from people who were happy to see that I was helping to educate people about the "other" side of the story in regards to vaccines. The encouragement was really great.

Dangers of Vaccines?

What's New!

The latest new thing that I'm excited about is some really neat and interesting information about Himalayan Salt Crystals.

If you saw my blog website around Christmas and the New Year, then you saw the picture of our great Himalayan salt lamp that we purchased as a gift to ourselves. We were and still are very excited about it. I have to say it is one of the coolest things we've purchased in a while. We absolutely love it.

I won't go into all the wonderful aspects of Himalayan salt lamps here, but I will tell you that they are health promoting and very beautiful. They are definitely a wonderful addition to any and every room in your home. Offices would be a fantastic place too!

I'll give a link at the end so you can learn more about salt lamps. But for now, I also need to tell you more about the MANY, MANY great health properties of Himalayan Salt.

I'm just fascinated by all that I'm discovering in regards to natural salt, especially Himalayan salt. Processed, refined table salt is not so good for us and potentially even harmful to us. However, there's a whole wide world of natural salts that aren't bad for you but are actually good for you!

Himalayan Salt Qualities

  • It has supreme bioenergetic qualities confirmed by double-blind medical studies.
  • It restores the body's alkaline and electrolyte balance.
  • It contains 84 minerals and trace elements essential to the body's health.
  • There are significant positive health effects to the respiratory, circulatory, organ, connective and nervous systems.

The uses of Himalayan salt are wide and varied. Himalayan salt crystals can be used in lamps to ionize and clean the air, to detoxify the body in baths and hot tubs, to cleanse and energize the body through a sole (so-lay) solution and of course to enhance foods. These are only just a few of the uses.

I myself have tried them in the bath and it was wonderful. I've also incorporated the sole solution into my drinking water.

    What is sole you ask?

    Sole

"When water and salt combine, their individual geometric structures are transformed, creating a third dimension, Sole. Each element, having liberated itself from it’s restrictions and given up its polarity by the resonant effect, reaches a higher from of energy. Your body can utilize and benefit from this energy, " (The Original Himalayan Crystal Salt Brochure 2004).

Sole is a super saturated salty water. Sole can be made very easily, and once you’ve followed the recipe, it is then used in drinking water.
