Natural Health Girl's Newsletter, Issue #005 -- Let's Be Seed Eaters and Get Our Vitamin B17
March 05, 2007

Hello, Natural Health Girl dropping by to share the latest.

What's New!
Last week, my husband, Allen, stumbled across some interesting information while researching about water. So, in this issue, I'm going to share with you what he found and what I believe is some great and important information about vitamin B17 and eating seeds.

So, what is vitamin B17? B17, also known as amygdalin or laetrile is a nutrient found in many plant seeds. One of the highest sources of B17 is found in apricot kernels.

Primitive diets were-and the ones that remain-are rich in B17, but the modern hybridised foods we get today in the United States are often low or devoid of this important nutrient.

Studies of cultures who eat primitive diets high in amygdalin nutrients are found to have little to no cancer.

Today there are many successful claims of cancer being cured through nutritional means with the use of vitamin B17. "Dr Ernst T Krebs Jr., the biochemist who first produced laetrile (concentrated amygdalin) in the 1950s, recommended that if a person would eat seven to ten apricot kernels a day for life, then barring the equivalent of Chernobyl, he is likely to be cancer free," (www.anticancerinfo.co.uk).
