Bursting Blueberry Smoothie Recipes

These blueberry smoothie recipes are bursting with flavor and nutrition. They are a great way to satisfy cravings, manage weight and make quick meals and snacks!
Blueberries are high in tannins, vitamin C and potassium which help prevent infections.
Blueberry Banana Smoothie - 1 1/2 cups nut milk of your choice or water
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 pitted dates, or 1 tablespoon of raw honey or raw agave nectar (optional)
In blender combine blueberries, banana and nut milk/water and. If desired, add ice. Adjust liquid if necessary. Blend until smooth.
Blueberry Cherry Smoothie  - 1 cup nut milk of your choice or water
- 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
- 1 cup frozen or fresh cherries, pitted
- 1/2 cup of seedless grapes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup yogurt or kefir
- Ice (optional)
In blender combine blueberries, cherries, grapes, lemon juice, yogurt/kefir and nut milk/water. If desired, add ice. Adjust liquid if necessary. Blend until smooth.
