Try These SUPER Breakfast
Smoothie Recipes


Try these nutrient dense breakfast smoothie recipes for a great start to your busy day! (Any of these recipes can be made without the Nature's Sunshine products. Just substitute your own juice, supplement or powder. Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

  • 1/2 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 slice of any of the following: papaya, cantalope and or honeydew melon
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup coconut milk or orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt or kefir
  • 2-4 tablespoons Nature's Sunshine Thai-Go antioxidant juice

Add desired ingredients and blend until smooth. Adjust liquid as needed. Pour into large glass and enjoy.


Morning Citrus Smoothie

  • 1-2 oranges peeled and seeded
  • 2-4 tablespoons Nature's Sunshine Thai-Go antioxidant juice
  • 1 1/2 cups spring water
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey or raw agave nectar if desired (optional)
  • 1 small avocado peeled and pitted (optional)
  • ice (optional)

Blend oranges, Thai-go, water and sweetener until smooth. For a thicker smoothie add ice or avocado. Adjust liquid as needed.




Chocolate Craving Quencher Smoothie
(Great for weight management)

Blend the dates, banana, coconut milk, water and Nutri-burn until smooth. Adjust liquid for desired thickness. Pour into glass and enjoy.


Blueberry Wakeup Smoothie

  • 8 ounces/1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 2-4 tablespoons Nature's Sunshine Noni antioxidant juice
  • 2 cups unsweetend apple juice, nut milk or water
  • 1 tbsp. raw honey or raw agave nectar(optional)
  • 1-2 handfuls of ice (optional)

In a blender place blueberries, banana, noni juice and either apple juice, nut milk or water. If desired, add sweetener and ice. Ajdust liquid as needed. Blend until smooth.
