Poppy Seed Cabbage Salad Recipe

A great cabbage salad recipe to share with friends or to take to any gathering!
In a bowl, combine the following:
Shredded cabbage
Cut up broccoli
Chopped walnuts
Dried cranberries
Honey Poppy Seed Dressing:
In a separate bowl combine these ingredients, blend and pour over salad mixture.
3/4 C. Vegenaise or mayo
1/4 C. raw honey
1-2 T. poppy seeds (to your taste)
1 T. dijon mustard or mustard
Sprinkle Himalayan salt or sea salt and pepper to taste.
