Simple Candida Questionnaire Helps Determine if You Have a Yeast Infection
Are Your Health Problems Yeast Connected?
Use this simple candida questionnaire as a helpful tool to see if your body is well balanced or if candida yeast infection might be an issue for you. When you reach the end of the candida questionnaire, add up any "yes" answers. Your score will help you determine the possibility (or probability) that your health problems are yeast connected.

Have you taken repeated or prolonged courses of antibacterial drugs?
(Many natural health practitioners say that if you answer "yes" to this question alone that your chances of having a yeast overgrowth issue is very high.)
Do you drink tap water treated with chlorine and or fluoride?
Have you been bothered by recurrent vaginal, prostate or urinary infections?
Do you have troubles with mastitis while breastfeeding? Does your baby have thrush?
Do you have infertility issues?
Do you experience bothersome itchiness...nose, eyes, ears, head, rectum?
Do you feel "sick all over," or have other health issues that the cause hasn't been found yet?
Are you bothered by hormone disturbances,including PMS, menstrual irregularities, sexual dysfunction, sugar craving, low body temperature or fatigue?
Are you unusually sensitive to tobacco smoke, perfumes, colognes and other chemical odors?
Are you bothered by memory or concentration problems? Do you sometimes feel "spaced out" or have "brain fog"? Frequent headaches?
Have you taken prolonged courses of prednisone or other steroids; or have you taken "the pill" for more than 3 years?
Do some foods disagree with you, give you heartburn, upset stomach, irritable bowel or trigger allergy symptoms?
Do you suffer with constipation, diarrhea, bloating or abdominal pain?
Does your skin itch, tingle or burn; or is it unusually dry; or are you bothered by rashes (includes such things as exzema, jock itch, fungus under fingernails or toenails, or athlete's foot)?
Scoring: Each of these questions are strong indicators of candida infection. If you answered "yes" 3 or 4 times, chances are good that you have a candida infection. If you answered "yes" 5 or more times, chances are very high that your health problems are yeast connected.
