Cinnamon Carrot Raisin Salad with Coconut

This carrot raisin salad is sweet, crunchy and vibrant!
Salad:
- 6 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cups raisins, soaked
Dressing:
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kelp
- 2 teaspoons raw honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Combine salad ingredients and place in large bowl.
- Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
- Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
