Easy Exercise that is Fun, Quick and as Easy as Brushing Your Teeth

Life is full of easy exercises, but incorporating them into our lives can be an issue. Many times when we hear the word "exercise" we cringe. Everyone knows that starting an exercise program is generally easy. The hard part is sticking with it. But, what if we could incorporate easy exercises that became as easy and routine as brushing our teeth or feeding our pets.
Just like we wouldn't neglect our pets by not feeding them, we also should not overlook getting some well needed exercise for ourselves. We have to admit that for many of us our modern lifestyles are nothing like the labor intensive survival lifestyles led by many of our ancestors. Thus, many people aren't getting the exercise they need.
Personally, I believe exercise should be something that is easily incorporated into our daily living, like walking or gardening. I don't necessarily believe that exercise has to be going to the gym or jumping around in front of our tv's to a video. Nothing wrong with that of course. It has just never worked for me. Mainly because I just never enjoyed those things. It didn't and still doesn't seem like a natural part of life for me.
I've also found that once I've validated something enough by really convincing myself, then, accomplishing that goal gets easier. Sometimes a good way to get myself motivated towards something I'm not particularly excited about, is to think about all the negatives that will happen if I don't change. For many of us, pain is a great motivator.
So, if you really want to incorporate exercise into your daily living, first start by making what I call the "sacred shift". Really decide upon that goal with all your heart and mind. Then, set about accomplishing it in a way that works best for you.
