Health Assessment Tools

Health assessment tools are a great resource to use when trying to target specific body areas for better health. A lot of times, the symptoms we have don't always seem to correlate exactly with the area of our body that is being negatively affected. By using a variety of resources, it becomes easier to put two and two together. Thus, a little investigative work is often needed.

I've found that when I pay attention to my intuition and use a variety of assessment tools as a guide, I can generally conclude pretty accurately what my body is doing. Don't be afraid to seek outside input. However, it's important to pay attention to what your own instincts are telling you as well. Ultimately, noone knows your body like you do, so taking a proactive role in your own health care can help you have even better health in the long run.
