How to Release Anger
with Liver Support

angry man picture

Are you a "hot head"?

Do you feel angry a lot?

Are you curious to know how to release anger with the
help of essential oils and herbs?

We all experience anger in our lives, and sometimes we might feel guilty for it. However, feeling anger is not bad. It is a normal, necessary emotion we must progress through. How to release anger in a healthy, constructive manner is key to physical and emotional well-being and functional, happy relationships.

Unresolved anger can stem from past traumas, disappointments and frustrations that are not addressed and released.

However, inability to release anger can also stem from a toxic or overactive liver. If you experience excessive anger and cannot pinpoint a reason why, an unhealthy liver might be the culprit.

It is also possible for a physical issue with your liver to correspond with unresolved past issues, thus having two major factors feeding your feelings of anger.

Consciously working through unresolved hurts, arriving at forgiveness and then letting go are important stages for releasing anger.

On the physical side, a liver cleanse with herbs and or essential oils is good for addressing a "hot", toxic liver which may be fueling feelings of anger.

Even if you are not consciously aware of unresolved past issues, the vibrational frequency of certain herbs and essential oils can help calm emotions and release locked up anger.

  • Burdock
  • Dandelion
  • Garlic

**Caution: Some essential oils can be ingested and some cannot. When using essential oils for health purposes, be sure to have high quality, therapeutic grade oils. Some scented oils are just for perfume and aromatherapy only and not for health use.

Some people may have sensitive skin with certain oils. It may be necessary to mix and dilute some essential oils with a carrier oil, such as jojoba oil. Please understand how to use essential oils before using them.

With any issue, always remember that the mind, body and spirit work together. Addressing a problem from a holistic perspective often has better results.
