Powerful Vibrational Medicine to Improve Your Well-Being

Everything in existance has a vibrational frequency. It is this common thread that makes vibrational medicine so powerful. Vibrational medicine is the term given to the use of natural remedies for balancing our body frequencies. A good portion of this healing approach includes physical treatments such as the use of herbs, food, crystals, tuning forks and the like. However, there is also a portion that we can't touch or see. This part includes such things as belief, thought and emotion.
How much of our health is dictated by our beliefs, thoughts and emotions? Most of us probably believe that these do play a significant role in our health, but just how much?
A Vibrational Medicine Exercise
One exercise that you can do to illustrate the power of thought is to use a technique called “muscle testing”. When doing a muscle test, it is a very eye opening experience to feel your body going weak when you say a negative word or think a negative thought, and then, compare that to the strength your body feels when you say a positive word or have a positive thought. It is an instantaneous response of weak and or strong. What does this tell you about the effects of your beliefs, thoughts and emotions on the health of your body? They are very powerful.
Once we acknowledge that “yes” our beliefs, thoughts and emotions do play a significant role in our health, how do we go about using this understanding to our benefit?
Sometimes it is easy to pinpoint beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are holding us back from being our best. However, other times, it can be difficult addressing root belief systems, because we are complex beings made up of many conscious and unconscious layers.
One way of uncovering the hidden layers is to ask a trusted friend, spouse or relative to express what they see in you. Of course, ask them to do this with the intent of helping you to grow and not to criticize. This can be an emotional experience, because it is often hard to hear what others have to say. This process can be very enlightening. It may help you break through to new levels of growth by unloading unwanted emotional baggage and changing belief systems that no longer serve you. Without knowing it, these unwanted layers of disserving belief and negative emotion create stress and drain energy from your body which directly affects your health.
If you don’t feel comfortable doing this exercise with a loved one, there are other options that may be suitable to you, such as talking with a spiritual leader or perhaps someone like a medical intuitive. I had the experience of visiting with a medical intuitive, and she helped me recognize hidden beliefs that I was unaware I had and which were not supportive to me. One of these beliefs was that I felt “broken” and “not whole” because of my health struggles. I didn’t recognize on my own that I had this belief, but once she pointed it out, it struck an emotional chord for me and I realized it was true.
Working through Our Beliefs, Thoughts and Emotions is Vibrational Medicine
I made the decision that I didn’t want to have that belief because it kept me in a “victim” state. I also realized that my struggles didn’t make me less valuable, and that by believing I am whole, I am not broken.
Positive Affirmations are Vibrational Medicine
So, one of the vibrational medicine tools that I do is to say positive affirmations, because I know that saying these words and having these thoughts instantaneously has a positive effect on my well-being. Even if I struggle to believe them initially, I keep thinking and saying them, so that overtime they will become part of my core belief system and create the reality I desire.
Here is one of my affirmations: “I am physically strong, healthy and a completely whole woman in mind, body and spirit.” It is important to say your affirmations in the positive, present tense. Use these key words “I am….” Do not use such words as not and don’t. For example, this statement is not a positive affirmation: “I am not sick.” You want to say, “I am healthy.”
In addition to affirmations, I like to use flower essences, homeopathics and essential oils, because their powerful vibrational frequencies displace negative energy. Below you will find a guideline of natural vibrational medicine that can be used to assist with specific emotions.
