Who is Natural Health Girl?So, who is Natural Health Girl? Well, here is a bit about me and why this website exists. I didn't grow up with a holistic view of health. Herbal remedies and organic food was not part of my vocabulary. Learning about alternative health has been a journey to another world. It was through my own health struggles and experiences with not getting help from mainstream medical practitioners that I sought out other ways to help myself.
Lucky for me, I have had key people help me along the way. I am forever grateful to these people in my life.
Thus, this is one reason I think it is so important to share experiences. It might just be that one friend, relative or testimonial that helps, teaches or supports someone to better health without drugs or surgery.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree, but my greatest education has come over the last 12 years, through my own personal study and experience. By taking a proactive, hands on approach to learning about physical and spiritual wellness, I have learned a lot and uncovered many health secrets.
